Nicole is inspired by the whimsy and rhyme of Dr. Seuss and Shel Silverstein, the life lessons taught by Stan and Jan Berenstain, and the fantasy worlds created by her grandmother, Jean Stockinger, who was an artist, illustrator, and children’s writer.
